Can I collect my painting?

Absolutely, paintings can be collected from a neutral place that is convenient for both the buyer and I. If you live locally on the Sunshine Coast, personal delivery can be arranged for a fee.

How long will my order take to ship?

Paintings with standard frames (white-washed) will be shipped within 1-5 days from purchase. Paintings with custom stains will be 1-2 weeks.

Timeframes will vary for customs. For more specific advice, please feel free to contact me via the contact page.

Do you offer commissions?

Yes, however not for everything. I like to stay in theme and can vary my work a little outside of what I currently create. It is best to contact me via the contact page with what you are wanting and we can discuss further.

I work full time so consultations are not available, please have a fairly good idea of what you would like prior to contacting me.

What is your return policy? 

If there are damages to the painting or the frame then you are welcome to contact me to discuss and arrange remediation. As the frames come free, this will likely be a new frame delivered.

Please note, these paintings are completely handmade and there will likely be small imperfections throughout the painting. If you are looking for perfection, I would recommend purchasing elsewhere.

All paintings and frames will be photographed prior to dispatch, any damages caused after arrival will not be open to a refund or credit. If the item is damaged during shipment, the buyer must contact me within 3 days with photographed proof of damage.

Important: some larger paintings can weigh up to 7kg therefore it is important that you hang the painting appropriately to avoid damages. If you are not confident, you can usually find local handymen that offer hanging services.

Change of mind Policy:

We do not accept change of mind returns for original or commissioned artwork, as each piece is unique and created with care. However, prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in perfect condition, and securely packaged for return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued only after the item has been received and inspected.
